How long does my order take to ship?

Thank you for your order. Our estimated preparation time is usually 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping Policy 

Orders over 75$ CAD ship for FREE*
Orders under 75$ CAD ship at a fixed cost of 15$ CAD and $12 in Ontario.
Local Pick- up is Free if you live in Guelph and surrounding area. 

Orders over $150 CAD ship for FREE to US 
Orders under $150 CAD ship at fixed cost of $20

 *All orders are shipped with Canada Post and come with a tracking number.

The average estimated time of delivery ranges from 5 to 10 days to the US and 2 to 7 days in Canada.

What is your return policy? 

We have decided to not accept returns

We must make a common effort to reduce the amount of waste and our carbon footprint. The beauty industry contributes to generating a lot of pollution and we surely need to reduce our current level of comfort to change things. 

All returned products end up in the trash because we cannot reuse products that have been opened.  

So what if you choose the wrong product for my skin? Offer it to a friend or family so that the product is used by someone. Give it a second life!

Defective or damaged product?

Normally we do not accept returns however, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please write to us at info@woodsideholistic.ca and we will make arrangements to replace any defective or damaged item. 

In order to reduce waste we use https://www.terracycle.com/en-CA to recycle our packaging and products at Woodside Holistic.
